Sign in / Sign out

The Sign In page is where you provide your credentials to access Tenovos. The Tenovos sign-in process allows users to log in with a username and password, Google, Google OpenID Connect, or Tenovos Azure credentials. First-time users must change the provided password upon logging in.

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) can be enabled for additional security, requiring an authentication app like Google Authenticator. After signing in, users are directed to the Tenovos landing page.

For the best browsing experience, we recommend using Google Chrome.

Sign in with username and password​

To sign in with your username and password:

  1. In a browser, open Tenovos using the URL that was provided by your organization.

  2. Enter your username and password, then click Sign In.

    You are directed to your Tenovos landing page, either the Home page or the Content page.

    NOTE: If this is your first time signing in, you will be prompted to change the password that was provided along with the URL. Enter a password in the New Password field, then click Change.

Sign in with Google​

To sign in with your Google credentials:

  1. Open Tenovos in a browser using the URL that was provided by your organization.

  2. Click Sign In with Google. The Sign in with Google window opens.

  3. Sign into your email account.

    You are directed to your Tenovos landing page—either the Home page or the Content page.

    NOTE: If this is your first time signing in, you will be prompted to change the password that was provided along with the URL. Enter a password in the New Password field, then click Change.

Sign in with GoogleOIDC​

To sign in with your Google OpenID Connect credentials:

  1. Open Tenovos in a browser using the URL that was provided by your organization.

  2. Click Sign In with Google OIDC.

  3. Enter the required information.

    You are directed to your Tenovos landing page—either the Home page or the Content page.

    NOTE: If this is your first time signing in, you will be prompted to change the password that was provided along with the URL. Enter a password in the New Password field, then click Change.

Sign in with Tenovos Azure​

To sign in with your Tenovos Azure credentials:

  1. Open Tenovos in a browser using the URL that was provided by your organization.

  2. Click Sign In with Tenovos Azure.

  3. Enter the required information.

    You are directed to your Tenovos landing page—either the Home page or the Content page.

    NOTE: If this is your first time signing in, you will be prompted to change the password that was provided along with the URL. Enter a password in the New Password field, then click Change.

Sign in using multi-factor authentication​

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is an additional level of security that requires one or more methods of authentication to verify a user’s identify. Users are prompted during the Tenovos sign-in process to enter the code provided by an authentication app.

MFA can be configured for local user accounts. Federated users using SSO Authentication do not apply as MFA is governed by organization authentication.

To sign in using multi-factor authentication:

  1. Install your organization’s two-factor authentication application. For example, Google Authenticator, Authy, or OneLogin.

  2. Navigate to Tenovos using the URL provided by your organization and sign in.

    NOTE: If this is your first time signing in, you will be prompted to change the password that was provided along with the URL. Enter a password in the New Password field, then click Change.

  3. A QR code appears on the next screen. Scan the code using your mobile device’s camera.

    • Your account is registered in the Authy applications.
    • AWS Cognito appears along with a security verification code.

  4. Sign into Tenovos and enter the security verification code.

    You are directed to your Tenovos landing page—either the Home page or the Content page.

Sign out of Tenovos​

To sign out of Tenovos, open the User Preferences menu and click Logout.

Reset password​

To reset your password:

  1. In a browser, open Tenovos using the URL that was provided by your organization.

  2. Click Reset password. The following screen is displayed.

  1. Enter your username, then click Send Code. A code is sent to the registered email or mobile number.

  2. Enter the code then follow the instructions to reset the password.

  3. Sign into Tenovos with the new password.
