Tenovos workspace
Tenovos is a permission-based platform that offers a customizable and secure environment for managing digital assets. Your access to content and the operations you can perform within Tenovos depend on the permissions granted to both the content itself and to your user role.
Upon signing in, your workspace will display a navigation bar with various features and tools based on the permissions assigned to you. The navigation bar contains links to various sections, such as the Home page, Content gallery, Collections, Searches, Jobs, and more. It provides easy access to your assets, collections, and other key features within Tenovos.
Tenovos navigation bar:

Based on your permissions, the navigation bar will display some or all of the following:
(1) Tenovos Logo. Takes you to the Home page (displayed above). This is the default landing page after signing in, which can be customized in your User Preferences.
(2) Content gallery. Displays the assets available to you, where you can perform tasks like downloading and sharing assets.
(3) Collections. Static groups of assets created by your or shared with you. Collections do not automatically update, unlike Saved Searches.
(4) Searches. Saved searches that you have created or that have been shared with you.
(5) More. Contains additional options configured by your organization, such as contact information or support links. If your organization has not enabled this configurable menu, it will not be displayed.
(6) Jobs. Displays the status of operations you have initiated, such as uploads or metadata edits.
(7) Add Files. Upload files to Tenovos.
(8) Cart. A holding area for assets so you can complete tasks later. When there are assets in the Cart, a number on the Cart icon displays the asset count.
(9) Profile menu. Access User Preferences, display Help content, Logout of Tenovos, and view the Tenovos version number. Administrators will also see an Admin option.
If your organization has added features to the standard ones in the preceding screenshot “Tenovos Home page,” those options will also be displayed in the navigation bar.
A blue bar underneath a tab, such as Content, Collections, or Searches, indicates where you are in Tenovos.

When viewing a page accessed via a tab in the navigation bar, the icon is blue, indicating that it is the active page. For the Cart, the icon also displays the number of assets it is currently holding.

For more details, see Searching for Assets.
