Product Update

Production: February 17, 2026​

This Product Update provides a summary of changes and enhancements to the existing application that impact all customers. When applicable, it includes changes to functionality that were made to resolve customer-specific issues and that apply to all Tenovos users.

Unless otherwise stated, the availability of each update is as follows:

  • UAT: February 11, 2026
  • Production: February 17, 2026

New Asset Details Page​

Availability: All Enterprise DAM customers

  • We're happy to announce that, as part of this product update, the New Asset Details Page has been made generally available and will be fully enabled in production for all customers. With a refreshed layout, improved navigation, and new Asset History tracking, the Asset Details Page is now ready to support faster, more seamless asset review and collaboration.

New Grid View​

Availability: All Enterprise DAM customers

  • We're happy to announce that, as part of this product update, the New Grid View has been made generally available and will be fully enabled in production for all customers. With a refreshed, content-first layout and a redesigned experience, Grid View is now ready to support faster browsing and discovery across teams.

New List View​

Availability: All Enterprise DAM customers

  • We're happy to announce that, as part of this product update, the New List View has been made generally available and will be fully enabled in production for all customers. With added flexibility and user-specific configuration, List View is now ready to support the way each team works best.

To configure your list view column preferences:

  1. Click the gear icon to the right of the gallery view selector.
  1. Click the '-' icon to the right of a displayed column to remove it from your list view.
  1. Search for your desired attribute and then click the '+' icon to add it as a list view column. (Attributes that exist within a table are not supported in List View at this time.)
  1. Reorder your columns by clicking and dragging each attribute.
  1. Click Save.

Previously configured list view column settings will not be supported in the new List View.

Content Preview Generation Enhancements​

Availability: All Enterprise DAM customers

  • As part of this product update, we have made changes that optimize image rendition generation to improve preview availability times and reduce storage usage. Renditions are generated up to the largest applicable size, capped to the original dimensions, and reused for any larger rendition fields. This change preserves existing API response structures and rendition keys while clarifying that rendition names do not imply minimum image resolutions. The updated behavior applies to newly uploaded assets and to previously uploaded assets if they are reprocessed.

Rights Management​

Availability: All Enterprise DAM customers

  • As part of this product update, we’ve made a series of cosmetic and functional improvements across the Rights Management interface to create a more consistent and responsive admin experience. These updates improve usability and performance across rights creation, validation, and management workflows, while also streamlining underlying systems to support faster delivery of future Rights Management enhancements.

Filter Menu​

Availability: All Enterprise DAM customers

  • Various cosmetic and functional improvements have been made to the filter menu to improve usability.

Enhancements and Quality Improvements​

  • Resolved an issue where facet counts did not consistently reflect applied filters when expanding filter facets when browsing Collections.

  • Resolved an issue where padding in request details header reduced the number of assets visible in the request list.

  • Resolved an issue where date fields in List View displayed timestamps instead of dates only.

  • Resolved an issue where the keyword search input could appear behind the collection pill when searching within a collection.

  • Resolved an issue where the collection pill text could disappear and prevent searches from executing correctly within collections.

  • Resolved an issue where the navigation bar could cover the top of assets in full-screen Document Viewer previews.

  • Resolved an issue where certain collection searches were not returning expected results.

  • Resolved an issue where storyboard banners could take several seconds to load.

  • Resolved an issue where the count of assets associated with typeahead suggestions in freetext fields did not match the actual count of assets associated with the typeahead suggestion.

  • Resolved an issue where certain UTF-8 characters could cause API requests to fail when using the Update Controlled Vocabulary endpoint.

  • Resolved an issue where saved searches did not consistently retain the “Include Versions” filter when opened via link.

  • Resolved an issue where cascade values were not exporting in the correct format.

  • Resolved an issue where extra spacing appeared in the share notes of the Internal and External Share experiences.

  • Resolved an issue where saved searches did not include the option to 'Show More' in certain facet filters when reopened.

  • Resolved an issue where the Create Collection endpoint returned a 200 status code when a collection name already existed.

  • Resolved an issue where default table values did not populate when assets were uploaded via the /assets/asset endpoint.

  • Resolved an issue where removing an asset from a collection did not behave consistently after a search was applied.
