Product Update

Production: April 15, 2025​

This Product Update provides a summary of changes and enhancements to the existing application that impact all customers. When applicable, it includes changes to functionality that were made to resolve customer-specific issues and that apply to all Tenovos users.

Unless otherwise stated, the availability of each update is as follows:

  • UAT: April 11, 2025
  • Production: April 15, 2025
  • Availability: All Enterprise DAM customers

Search and Filtering​

Availability: All Enterprise DAM customers

  • A new filter has been made available that allows users to easily identify assets that have versions, as well as assets that do not have versions. This filter is called 'Asset Versions', and can be found in your gallery filter menu.

Enhancements and Quality Improvements​

  • Resolved an issue where filtering on dates was pulling in assets uploaded outside of the selected date range.

  • Resolved an issue where a user's light mode/dark mode selection on the new home page was being overwritten by the system configuration.

  • Resolved an issue where INDD assets fail to generate a rendition.

  • Resolved an issue where Impersonate User was not working intermittently.
