Product Update

Production: October 15, 2025​

This Product Update provides a summary of changes and enhancements to the existing application that impact all customers. When applicable, it includes changes to functionality that were made to resolve customer-specific issues and that apply to all Tenovos users.

Unless otherwise stated, the availability of each update is as follows:

  • UAT: October 13, 2025
  • Production: October 15, 2025
  • Availability: All Enterprise DAM customers

Metadata Copy and Paste​

Availability: All Enterprise DAM customers

  • We're happy to announce that, as part of this product update, Metadata Copy and Paste has been made generally available and has been fully enabled for all customers. We look forward to seeing how you will leverage this powerful feature!

Enhancements and Quality Improvements​

  • Resolved an issue where the version compare action was showing for asset types that could not be compared. Logic has been implemented to only allow version compare for image files.

  • Resolved an issue where badges intermittently do not appear on gallery view.

  • Resolved an issue where metadata export would not export assets that are not the latest version.

  • Resolved an issue where the 'Open in New Tab' option was not available on the new grid view asset cards.

  • Resolved an issue where typeahead attributes were not showing typeahead options when entering metadata on the 'Asset Upload' screen.

  • Resolved an issue where text within the 'Asset Share' module would incorrectly wrap when browser zoom levels were changed.

  • Resolved an issue where a user's Default Landing Page in User Preferences was being overriden by the Default Landing Page in Admin > Configurations.

  • Resolved an issue where metadata wasn't being copied to clipboard when the only sensitive attributes on an asset were within a table.
