Product Update

Production: April 13, 2026​

This Product Update provides a summary of changes and enhancements to the existing application that impact all customers. When applicable, it includes changes to functionality that were made to resolve customer-specific issues and that apply to all Tenovos users.

Unless otherwise stated, the availability of each update is as follows:

Sequential Metadata Editing​

Availability: All Enterprise DAM customers

  • We’ve enhanced the metadata editing experience within the gallery to make updating assets faster and more intuitive. Users can now edit assets sequentially within the same modal, along with a more modern, consistent interface that reduces friction and improves overall usability.

  • This update improves the metadata editing experience with a more modern, responsive interface, enhancing usability, visual clarity, and consistency across metadata inputs.

Download Requests​

Availability: All Enterprise DAM customers

  • This update includes enhancements to the download request flow, with performance improvements and more responsive actions that eliminate the need to refresh the page to see request updates.

Home Page​

Availability: All Enterprise DAM customers

  • Driven by customer feedback, we have reduced the size of tiles on the home page by 40% when the number of tiles in a section is less than the configured 'Max Tile Size' in Admin. This improves scannability for end users when viewing tiles on the home page.

Admin Metadata​

Availability: All Enterprise DAM customers

  • The secondary navigation within the Metadata section of Admin has been updated to remain persistent when creating and editing metadata templates, groups, attributes, and more. This update will be applied to additional Admin pages in upcoming releases.

Admin Configurations​

Availability: All Enterprise DAM customers

  • The horizontal secondary navigation menu within the Admin Configurations page has been updated to a vertical layout to align with other secondary navigation patterns across Admin.

Enhancements and Quality Improvements​

  • Resolved an issue where filter counts were inaccurate when search results contained a large number of values in a single multi-select attribute.

  • Resolved an issue where dates older than 01/01/1970 were not displaying correctly in date fields.

  • Resolved an issue where filter values were not returned when searching within a facet if the value fell outside of the top 1,000 results.

  • Resolved an issue where asset previews overlapped in Masonry View.

  • Resolved an issue where subsequent Collection searches resulted in inconsistent sort orders.

  • Resolved an issue where User and Storage growth projections within Entitlements contained duplicate months.

  • Resolved an issue where certain .PSD assets failed to generate previews.
