Product Update

Production: July 18, 2023​

This Product Update provides a summary of changes and enhancements to the existing application that impact all customers. When applicable, it includes changes to functionality that were made to resolve customer-specific issues and that apply to all Tenovos users. Product Updates occur frequently and are separate from Release Notes.

Unless otherwise stated, the availability of each update is as follows:

  • UAT: July 12, 2023
  • Production: July 18, 2023
  • Availability: All Customers

Transformations​

An update to Transformations has been made that increases the individual file size limit of the original file being transformed to 30GB. The previous limit was 3GB.

Current limits on Transformations are now as follows:

  • Total assets that can be selected for Transformations at one time is 250.
  • Total resulting Transformations at one time is 500.
  • Individual File Size of the original file being transformed is 30GB.
  • Total size of selected files cannot exceed 30GB.

API​

An update to the REST endpoint for /user/search/{searchText} was made so that the status of "enabled" or "disabled" can be used to search for users based on account status.

Other Enhancements & Quality Improvements​

  • Resolved an issue where the new Targeted Search feature was searching on document text (Content) in addition to Metadata when the "within Metadata" option was selected.
  • Resolved an issue in the User Profile page feature [BETA] that was preventing users from being able to successfully change their password.
  • Resolved an issue in the User Profile page feature [BETA] that was preventing users from being able to change their email address.
  • Resolved an issue in the Help Documentation feature [BETA] that was preventing users from being able to close the side panel.
  • Resolved an issue in the Help Documentation feature [BETA] that was preventing users from being able to use the side panel when a dialog/modal window opened on certain user actions.
  • Resolved an issue that prevented the Insights page from loading when a user’s only Administrative privilege is Insights Management.
  • Resolved an issue where the System Created Date was being converted to AM on the Asset Detail page.
  • Resolved an issue where the Admin > Roles page would not load in situations where the number of users assigned to the Role exceeded a previously defined limit.
  • Resolved an issue that caused the Admin > User Details screen not to load for certain user accounts.
  • Resolved issues reported from [BETA] customer feedback for the new Impersonate Users feature.
